Beyond My Window is a collaboration photobook between me and my fellow creatives. Our lives beyond our home country unlocked a new odyssey brimming with new faces, new skylines, and an entirely different environment.

This publication's core concept is the idea of our bedroom windows that figuratively serve as a preview of the outdoors and the challenges of life. As its inhabitants who often seek comfort and may not have the courage to meet the world's bigger plans, we can always rely on our window. We may peek at the world, slowly opening ourselves to explorations. One step at a time.

The photographs submitted were curated to capture the essence of newness that was never experienced by the collaborators before moving abroad. The pictures were collated to portray that new landscape, community, and self-identity.

To iterate the "window", I played with a debossed pattern on the cover. I pressed a printed book cloth to an engraved greyboard to achieve the effect. The result is a cover that looks similar to my own bedroom window.
